The Dayton-based real estate company, which has offices in Cincinnatiand Columbia, is building a 465,000-square-foot distribution facility for Atlanta-basedc (NYSE: HD). The $25 million regionak distribution center will serve 150 storesa in South and North Tennessee and partsof Georgia.
